Bulgarian imports of cobalt dropped by 8.2% in 2021, to 1,190 kg, down from 1,300 kg the previous year. This marks the seventh consecutive year of decline since the country was first included in the ranking in 2001. Nigeria took the top spot in this year's ranking, with 1,190 kg. Belgium, the United States and Japan followed in that order.
