Garlic production in Malawi is on the rise, with 645 metric tons in 2019 - an increase of 24 percent compared to the previous year. The country ranked 83rd in 2019, just behind Bhutan who had 645 metric tons. India, Bangladesh and South Korea came in at second, third and fourth respectively.
