Since 1966, Brazilian garlic production has grown at a steady rate of 0.1% every year. Brazil was the fifteenth-largest garlic producer in 2021, behind Argentina which produced 133,270 metric tons. India, Bangladesh, and South Korea were the second, third and fourth-largest producers respectively.
