Since 1966, the country's garlic supply has grown at an average rate of 3.4% annually. Last year, Peru ranked 16th in garlic production, with Brazil leading the way at 92,360 metric tons. India, Bangladesh, and South Korea were ranked 2nd, 3rd, and 4th respectively.
