Taiwanese garlic production is projected to hit 38,520 metric tons by 2026. This is a 3% decrease from 2021, when production was 46,140 metric tons. Since 1966, Taiwanese garlic production has grown by 0.7% year-on-year. In 2021, Taiwan was the 26th largest producer of garlic in the world, behind Kazakhstan. India, Bangladesh and South Korea came in second, third, and fourth, respectively.
