Tunisia is set to produce an estimated 41,250 metric tons of garlic by 2026, up from 35,000 metric tons in 2021. This growth represents a 2.8% year-on-year average rate. Since 1966, Tunisia's garlic production has increased by nearly 5% year-on-year. The country was ranked 29th in 2021, with Guatemala leading the pack at 35,000 metric tons. India, Bangladesh and South Korea followed at numbers 2, 3 and 4 respectively.
