Croatian garlic production is forecast to reach 1,570 metric tons by 2026, a 5.5% decrease from 2021's 2,180 metric tons. This drop in supply follows an 8.6% jump since 1997. Last year, Croatia ranked 60th in the world's garlic production, while the Netherlands came in first with 2,180 metric tons. India, Bangladesh and South Korea were the next three countries in the ranking.
