Slovak garlic production dropped by 25.2% from 322 metric tons in 2020 to 241 metric tons in 2021. This marks a 5.1% decrease from 1998 levels. Slovakia landed at number 90 in the 2021 rankings, behind Cyprus, which produced 241 metric tons. India, Bangladesh and South Korea respectively ranked second, third and fourth.
