Production of garlic in the Czech Republic is on the rise. In 2021, it reached 1,670 metric tons, up 14.9% from 1998. This year, the country ranked 65th in garlic production. The Dominican Republic overtook the Czech Republic with 1,670 metric tons. India, Bangladesh and South Korea were the top three producers, in that order. Looking ahead, Czech garlic production is projected to reach 1,810 metric tons by 2026, at an annual growth rate of 1.4%.
