Ukraine is set to become one of the top ten garlic producers in the world, with production projected to reach around 240,000 metric tons by 2026. Since 1997, the country's supply has risen by almost 3% annually. In 2021, Ukraine was the tenth largest garlic producer in the world, with 217,180 metric tons of garlic. Algeria overtook it to take the top spot. India, Bangladesh, and South Korea took second, third, and fourth place respectively.
