Since 1995, there has been a 4.6% year-on-year fall in supply. In 2021, East Timor was the 88th biggest garlic producer in the world. Kuwait overtook them with 274 metric tons. India, Bangladesh and South Korea were the second, third and fourth biggest producers, respectively.
