Thailand is set to produce 84,750 metric tons of garlic in 2026, a marginal 0.1% increase year-on-year according to a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR). Since 1966, the country has seen an annual growth of 4.5%. In 2021, Thailand was the 18th largest producer of garlic with 84,200 metric tons, while Mexico led the ranking at the same amount. India, Bangladesh and South Korea were the second, third and fourth-largest producers respectively.
