Belarusian garlic production is set to fall by 7.8% year on year on average and reach 11,090 metric tons by 2026. This is a decrease of 12%, since 2008. In 2021, Belarus was the 37th biggest garlic producer in the world, producing 17,700 metric tons. Japan overtook Belarus with 17,700 metric tons and India, Bangladesh and South Korea respectively came in 2nd, 3rd and 4th places in the ranking.
