Kyrgyzstan's pear production is on the rise. Supply has increased 4.9% year on year since 1997, and is projected to reach almost 15,000 metric tons by 2026. In 2021, the country ranked 49th in terms of pear production, with 13,170 metric tons. Iraq surpassed Kyrgyzstan this year, coming in at number 48. The United States, Argentina and Italy followed, ranking second, third and fourth respectively.
