Azerbaijani pear production is set to reach 66,430 metric tons by 2026, an increase of 2% from 2021's 58,850 metric tons. Since 1997, it has grown by a year-on-year rate of 7.7%. In 2021, Azerbaijan was ranked 26th among pear-producing countries, overtaken by Egypt. The United States, Argentina, and Italy were the top three producers, respectively.
