Kyrgyzstan's apple consumption is on the rise. The country is expected to consume 116,000 metric tons of apples in 2026, up 0.4% annually from 114,000 metric tons in 2021. Since 2017, Kyrgyz demand has grown by an average of 0.3% each year. In 2021, it ranked 42nd in the world, overtaken by Colombia with 114,000 metric tons. The United States, India and Russia are the top three apple-consuming countries, respectively.
