Hungarian apple consumption is set to decrease by 1% in the next five years. Last year, Hungary ranked 30th in the world with 248 thousand metric tons of apple consumption. Portugal consumed the most, followed by the United States, India and Russia. Since 2017, Hungarian demand has decreased by 1.7% each year.
