Czech demand for apples is expected to reach 140,000 metric tons by 2026, growing at a rate of 0.6% annually. Since 2017, the country's consumption of apples has increased by 0.5% year-on-year. In 2021, Czech Republic placed 39th in global rankings of apple consumption, just behind Switzerland's 134,000 metric tons. The United States, India and Russia ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
