Serbian consumption of apples is expected to remain at 118 thousand metric tons by 2026, the same amount as in 2021. Since 2017, the demand has decreased by an average of 5.1% each year. Serbia ranked 40th in 2021, behind the Czech Republic, which held the lead with 118 thousand metric tons. The United States, India, and Russia followed, in that order, at 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place.
