Jamaica is set to produce 2,070 metric tons of avocados by 2026 – a 1.4% drop from 2,250 metric tons in 2021. The country has seen a year-on-year decrease of 1.7% since 1966. Jamaica came in at 46th in the 2021 rankings, with France overtaking it at 2,250 metric tons. The Dominican Republic, Peru and Colombia followed in that order.
