Zimbabwe is set to see an increase in avocado production by 2026. Supply has already grown by 33% since 1995. In 2021, the country ranked 40th in avocado production with 9,800 metric tons. Panama overtook Zimbabwe at number 40 with 7,490 metric tons. The Dominican Republic, Peru, and Colombia ranked 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, respectively.
