Lebanese pea production is set to increase by 1.7% year-on-year CAGR up to 2026, with a total of 4,630 metric tons. This is an increase from 4,180 metric tons in 2021. Since 1966, Lebanese supply has increased by an average of 2.9% year-on-year. In 2018, consumption of Lebanese peas was close to 4 thousand metric tons, up from 4 thousand metric tons in 2017. This placed the country at 63rd in the international ranking. Trinidad and Tobago overtook Lebanon with 4 thousand metric tons, while China, Ethiopia and Bangladesh held the top three spots.
