Belize's soybean production is expected to reach around 12,500 metric tons by 2026, up 3.1% year-over-year, according to a report. Since 1994, Belize's output has risen 5.8% annually. In 2021, the country was ranked 62nd, narrowly behind Mali's 10,300 metric tons. The United States, Argentina and China were the top three producers in the ranking. Belize's soybean consumption was close to 1,000 metric tons in 2018, compared to 1,000 metric tons in 2017.
