Gabon's soybean production is set to reach nearly 4,700 metric tons by 2026, according to figures released this week. The data shows that production of the crop has grown by an average of 1.2% each year since 2021, when it stood at 4,280 metric tons. Since 1990, production has grown by 1.6% each year. In 2021, Gabon was ranked 69th in soybean production, with Taiwan coming in first place with 4,280 metric tons. The United States, Argentina and China followed in second, third and fourth places respectively.
