Slovak soybean production is set to increase in the coming years. In 2021, the country produced 130,760 metric tons of soybeans, placing it at number 34 in the global ranking. This is an increase of 7.2% since 1998. By 2026, Slovak soybean production is expected to reach 162,360 metric tons, growing at an average rate of 3.6% year on year. Ethiopia is currently the leader, producing 130,760 metric tons in 2021. The United States, Argentina and China follow in the rankings, coming in at numbers 2, 3 and 4 respectively.
