Meanwhile, Burmese production of soybeans is forecast to hit 129,700 metric tons by 2026, a 1.1% year-on-year decrease from 138,390 metric tons in 2021. Since 1966, supply has dropped 1.5% annually. Myanmar was 33rd in the world rankings in 2021; Iran came first with 138,390 metric tons. The US, Argentina and China ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
