Azerbaijani soybean production is projected to reach nearly 19 million metric tons by 2026. In 2021, it was 25 million metric tons – a 4.9% decrease from the year before. Since 1997, the supply of soybeans in Azerbaijan has dropped by an average of 2.2% each year. In 2021, Azerbaijan was the 91st largest producer of soybeans, behind Iraq which produced 25 million metric tons. The United States, Argentina, and China were the top three producers, respectively.
