Liberians are set to consume 11 thousand metric tons of onions in 2026, a 1.9% increase from 2021. At 10 thousand metric tons, the country ranked 117th in 2021, just behind Fiji. India, the US and Egypt came in at numbers two, three and four, respectively. There was no change in onion demand from 2017.
