Since 1966, Libyan supply has dropped by more than 30%, and the country now ranks 52nd in the world. In 2019, Cyprus surpassed Libya, producing 14 million metric tons. Myanmar, Russia, and Ethiopia followed in that order, taking the second, third, and fourth spots.
