Production of chestnuts in Zimbabwe is set to increase to around 107 metric tons by 2026. From 98 metric tons in 2021, the annual rate of growth is estimated to be 1.5%. Since 1995, the country has seen a year-on-year increase of 2.2%. In 2021, Zimbabwe was ranked 23rd in the world, with Slovenia in the lead at 98 metric tons. Spain, Bolivia and South Korea were second, third and fourth, respectively.
