Tajik almond production is on a downward trajectory. According to the latest figures, it is set to reach 3,200 metric tons in 2026, a decrease of 0.2% year on year. Since 1997, Tajik supply has fallen by 0.1% on average every year. In 2021, Tajikistan was in 22nd place in the ranking, with Palestine ahead at 3,250 metric tons. Spain, Iran and Australia were in second, third and fourth place respectively.
