Since 1966, the supply of Portuguese almonds has risen by 31% year-on-year. Portugal currently ranks number 14 in terms of production, with Afghanistan overtaking them at 33,600 metric tons. Spain, Iran, and Australia rank 2, 3, and 4 in this ranking, respectively.
