Croatian almond production dropped significantly in 2021, coming in at 108 metric tons--down 19.4% from the 133.95 metric tons the country produced in 2020. This marks the lowest almond production since 1997, when it was at 127 metric tons. Croatia ranked 38th in almond production this year, with Cyprus leading the pack at 108 metric tons. Spain, Iran and Australia were the next three highest producers, respectively.
