Israel is set to become the world's 20th-largest producer of almonds by 2026. This year, the country is producing 10,090 metric tons of almonds, a 1.8% year-on-year increase. Since 1966, almond production in Israel has grown by an average of 3.5% each year. Yemen currently tops the ranking of global almond producers, with 10,090 metric tons produced this year. Spain, Iran and Australia follow in second, third and fourth place, respectively.
