Since 1972, Venezuelan fish supply has seen an impressive year-on-year increase of 18%, underscoring the industry's long-term upward trajectory. **Fish Consumption Trends** Meanwhile, fish consumption in Venezuela is also on the rise. Projections estimate that by 2028, consumption will hit close to 189,000 metric tons, up from about 184,000 metric tons in 2023. This represents an average annual growth rate of 0.5%.
