Cameroon is set to import 8,020 kilograms of salmon by 2026, according to figures released. This is an increase of 4.3% year-on-year from 2021's 6,120-kilogram total. Since 2001, Cameroonian demand for salmon has grown steadily, averaging 8.2% year-on-year. In 2021, the country was ranked 85th in the world, with Seychelles overtaking them to take the top spot. Poland, the US and France followed respectively.
