Imports of British salmon are predicted to reach 73 million kilograms in 2026, up from 63 million kilograms in 2021. This is an increase of 2.3% year-on-year on average since 1998. Last year, the UK was the eighth-largest importer, behind China (62.7 million kilograms). Poland, the US, and France had the second, third, and fourth places in the rankings respectively.
