Israeli salmon imports are projected to drop by 1% year on year from 2021 to 2026. In 2021, Israel imported 6.46 million kilograms of salmon, making it the 26th biggest importer in the world. Argentina overtook Israel to become the 25th biggest importer, importing 6.46 million kilograms. Poland, the United States and France ranked second, third and fourth respectively in the same ranking. Since 2005, Israeli salmon demand has decreased by 2.5% each year.
