Barbadian wax exports have dropped by a quarter compared to 2020. Since 2004, the supply of wax from the country has decreased by around 15%. It was ranked 69th in 2021, with Cyprus leading the way with 51 kilograms. Malaysia, Germany and South Africa were in second, third and fourth place respectively. Barbadian wax imports are expected to rise slightly by 2026, from 3,410 kilograms in 2021. Since 2002, the demand for wax in the country has grown by 1.7% annually. In 2021, it was placed at 117th, with Botswana coming in first with 3,410 kilograms. Mexico, Germany and Poland came in at second, third and fourth place respectively.
