Imports of Gambian wax skyrocketed in 2015, reaching 43,520 kilograms – more than double the 21,760 kilograms of a year earlier. The country was the fifth-largest importer of wax in 2015, with 199,430,000 kilograms. Mexico, Germany and Poland were the top three in this ranking.
