Macedonia's wax import is set to drop by 5.6% a year on average over the next five years, reaching 119,000 kilograms by 2026. This is a decrease from 167,000 kilograms in 2021, and has declined 1% annually since 1999. Macedonia was ranked 89th in 2021, with Burundi coming in in first place at 167,000 kilograms. Mexico, Germany and Poland were the next highest ranked countries respectively. Macedonia's wax export dropped by 31% in 2021, to 197 kilograms, compared to the previous year's figure of 286 kilograms. Since 2000, it has seen a yearly increase of 0.7%. The country was ranked 65th in 2021, with Tanzania taking first position at 197 kilograms. Malaysia, Germany and South Africa were the next highest ranked countries respectively.
