Libyan citrus production is on the rise. It is expected to reach almost 90,000 metric tons by 2026 - an increase of 0.7% each year since 1966. In 2021, Libya placed 63rd in the global rankings, with Swaziland overtaking them with 86,380 metric tons. Brazil, India and Mexico were the top three respectively.
