Vietnam is set to become the 16th largest citrus producer in the world by 2026. The country's production is expected to grow an average of 2.9% year on year, from 1.9 million metric tons in 2021 to 2.2 million metric tons. Since 1966, Vietnamese supply has increased by an average of 10.7% year on year. In 2021, Pakistan was the largest producer with 1.9 million metric tons, followed by Brazil, India and Mexico.
