Currently, the country has the 100th highest rate of obesity amongst adults, with 55.8 percent of the population overweight. This is an increase of 0.6 points each year since 1980. Azerbaijan currently has the highest rate of obesity, with 57.8 percent of its adult population overweight. The Marshall Islands, Tuvalu and Kiribati come in at second, third and fourth respectively.
