In 2021, Zambia ranked 154th in the world, with Angola overtaking them at 29.7 percent. The Marshall Islands, Tuvalu, and Kiribati were ranked 2nd, 3rd, and 4th respectively. By 2026, the overweight prevalence of Zambia is expected to reach 31.5 percent.
