Consumption of jams is set to rise over the next five years. In 2020, 16 million kilograms of jam were consumed worldwide, growing 0.6% year on year on average. Demand for jams increased by an impressive 1.7% year on year. Germany, Spain, and Poland were the second, third, and fourth largest markets for jams last year. These three countries accounted for a combined total of 4.9 million kilograms of jam consumed in 2020.
