Burundian Sorghum production dropped dramatically in 2021, down 32% from 2020. At 6,380 metric tons, the country dropped to 73rd place, behind Lesotho. Nigeria, Ethiopia and Mexico were the top three producers, with Ethiopia in third place. Since 1966, Burundian supply has plummeted by almost 27%.
