Egypt’s production of sorghum is set to reach 797,680 metric tons by 2026 – up from 795,070 in 2021 – a growth of 0.1% per year on average. Since 1966, production has risen by 1.9% annually. In 2021, Egypt was ranked 16th; Bolivia was ahead at 795,070 metric tons. Nigeria, Ethiopia and Mexico were the top three in the rankings.
