This year, Tajik sorghum production has dropped significantly. At just 17 metric tons, it is 33.7% lower than 2020's 25.65 metric tons. Since 1997, however, Tajik supply has increased by 1.2% annually. In 2021, Tajik sits at number 106 in the global ranking of sorghum production. Macedonia is slightly ahead with 17 metric tons, while Nigeria, Ethiopia and Mexico make up the top three.
