The demand for sorghum has been decreasing since 2017, when it was down 3.7%. Meanwhile, sorghum production in Haiti is expected to drop from 45,850 metric tons in 2021 to 25,630 metric tons in 2026. This represents an average yearly decrease of 9.7%. The supply of sorghum has been dropping since 1966, when it was 12.9% lower than it is now.
